About the workshop:
Do you struggle with your relationship to food? Whether it is emotional eating, restriction, binge, or a cycle of yo-yo dieting that you find yourself caught in, this workshop was made for you.
In this workshop we will uncover your current belief patterns, dive into your subconscious beliefs, and fully unravel your current relationship with food.
Disordered eating can present itself in many different ways. Not eating enough, restricting during the day and then eating a box of cookies at night, feeling guilt and shame around food, eating our emotions, and so on. We are also surrounded by unhealthy messages that instill fear around food and our bodies and so this becomes challenging to determine where the line is between healthy eating and disordered eating. What it really comes down to is how you feel around food and if you intuitively feel that your relationship to food is unhealthy.
It is possible for you to form a healthy nourishing relationship with food and yourself.
In this workshop, I talk openly about my own struggles with food and my history of anorexia, allow for an open and vulnerable dialogue for those who wish to share, and opportunities for reflective journaling.
By participating in this workshop you will:
- Uncover the depths of your relationship to food
- Understand the belief patterns that are keeping you stuck
- Receive the tools to recode these belief patterns
- Steps to continue this process following the workshop
- Love & connection
About Kat Sloan Feeney, Nutrition and Mindset Coach
I am Kat Sloan Feeney. A woman on a mission to help you get unstuck and achieve that high vibe healthy glow; without obsessing over every bite or hating on yourself in the process. I love healthy foods, mindset shifts, writing from my soul, and watching people light up as they make shifts in their lives that they never thought possible. All that said, I'm not your typical nutritionist who subscribes to one way of eating, cutting out food groups, or never touching a piece of cake again. I believe in eating foods on purpose that nourish your body, mind, and soul. I studied holistic nutrition and use my own personal methods to help people heal their relationship with food so that they can develop a healthy relationship with food.
